Cutting fabrics and leathers

We cut fabrics, leatherettes and leathers. From several pieces cut by hand to repetitive series done by laser cutting.

 

Lasser cutting and engraving non-metallic material

We cut fabrics and other non-metallic materials. We have a large-format laser, we cut and engrave into objects up to 20 cm high.

Sewing

We saw anything apart from clothing. From pillows to bags to covers for the entire sofa. We work with fabric, leatherette and leather. 

Product development and samples

According to specific requirements, we structurally design, develop and model products. Prototyping of furniture and products is a matter of course.

 

Upholstery

We upholster all sorts of sofas, beds, chairs, panels, tiles, ceilings, doors or reception desks.

 

Piece and medium series production

We produce standard and atypical products from one piece to medium series. From upholstered seats to cut semi-finished products. We will manufacture, pack and ship according to your needs.

How does the whole process look?

We will help you with design of your product

If you have an idea about your own product, we will help you with its design and technical solution. We are experts in the production of upholstered and sewn products and we also work with leading Czech designers.

We will make a sample

After finishing the design and technical solutions, we will make a prototype or a sample of the product to be tested.

You can check the functionality and appearance on the prototype before starting the production.

We will quickly start production

After approval of the prototype or sample we start the production itself. According to your needs we production runs in small or medium series.

Expedition of products

We carefully prepare each product for shipping.

We pack the product accordingly to avoid any possible damage during shipping.

You can pick up the packed products yourself or we will deliver them to the specified address at the given time.
